    THE DOMOTIC HOME

    The homes at the Borgo alla Marina are intelligent in that every apartment will be equipped with the BTicino basic My Home system: a domestic automation system which offers advanced solutions for comfort, safety, audio video communication, energy saving and remote control within the home. 

    All the push-button controls have bi-colored, illuminated signals making them easy to find in the dark. The system is realized in Separated Extra Low Voltage (SELV) and is so reliable that if one device malfunctions, the others devices are not affected. 

    Pn terms of safety, we would like to point out a few important features: removable emergency flashlight in the electrical panel zone; gas detector with electrovalve; automatic rearmament module in case of differential interruption (avoids freezer defrosting resulting from a system block caused by a storm). When leaving the apartment, all of the lights can be turned off and the shutters closed with a single command.
    Thanks to the interaction among the solutions of the system “My home” even aspects of indoor/outdoor communication make use of this technological innovation: besides video intercoms, the home can be seen and controlled from one’s office via computer or telephone. The system is thus capable of growing according to the family’s needs. 

    Some of these technological innovation are standard, while others are optional.
